If you're calling from a mobile, we send you a WhatsApp link to finish the booking in the Parkito app, where you see the final price before you pay.

You enter your vehicle when you complete the booking. The more precise you are about days and times, the closer the price you hear on the phone is to the final one.
When it comes in handy

- You want to know right away whether there's space at your destination. If you're driving, have a passenger call or pull over first.

- Just name the place: a neighbourhood, a street, a stadium. We look for the parking around it.

Already have a booking?
Call from the phone number on your Parkito account: the assistant finds your booking and tells you how to get into the car park.
For a shuttle, call from the number you booked with, or have your booking number and number plate ready.
What you can't do by phone
- Payment: we never ask for your card details on the phone. You pay online, in the Parkito app.
- Shuttle tickets for concerts and events: they're bought online, on each service's page. If you have questions, we'll help you on the phone.
- The Milan Area C ticket: it's paid online, on the Area C page.
