Parma ZTL: we activate your access pass

Infomobility, the Comune's company, sells an access and parking pass for the ZTL to anyone: €5 for two hours, €10 for the day. Pay here with your plate and date, and we activate it on the official portal before you drive in.

  • No account, no tax code
  • Foreign plates welcome
  • Receipt by email

Parkito is not a channel of the Comune di Parma: we buy and register the permit on your behalf. The Comune's official channels remain available.

When the Parma ZTL is active and what the permit covers

Hours

The gates on viale Toscanini, viale Mariotti and piazzale Salvo D'Acquisto are active every day from 7:30 to 19:30. The via XXII Luglio gate from 7:30 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00. The gate of the Tommasini-Sauro environmental island is active 24 hours a day.

What it covers

The pass allows access to the ZTLs and parking in the paid bays inside them: up to two hours with the 2-hour pass, until 19:30 with the day pass. It is not listed as valid for the Tommasini-Sauro environmental island or for reserved lanes.

Who doesn't pay

Fully electric cars, wherever registered, can apply for the AAA@ permit (€10 issue fee plus €5 for the tag), which allows access and parking in the ZTLs except environmental islands and reserved lanes. Concessions for hybrids, LPG and methane cars apply only to Parma residents.

The fine

Entering without a permit costs €83 to €332 (Italian Highway Code, art. 7), 30% less if paid within 5 days. The pass must be activated before the gate: that's why we ask you to pay by the day before.

The rules are set by the Comune di Parma and can change: always check the official website.

Where the permit is valid in Parma

In green, the zones the permit covers: the same ones you see on the Parkito map, where you can also find parking outside the ZTL.
