When the Pavia ZTL is active and what the permit covers
Hours
In the Pavia ZTL traffic is banned 24 hours a day, every day. With the day permit you can park only from 7:00 to 10:30 and from 14:30 to 16:00.
What it covers
The permit lets you drive in the ZTL and park for 60 minutes, with the parking disc displayed together with the pass, in the yellow spaces of the quadrant and of the destination zone printed on the permit. It is not valid in the zona blu, a pedestrian area, and in the zona azzurra parking is not allowed.
Who doesn't pay
Disabled badge holders, police and emergency vehicles enter without a permit. Taxis and NCC (private hire) vehicles must notify the Comune of the transit within 48 hours.
The fine
Entering without a permit costs €83 to €332 (Italian Highway Code, art. 7), 30% less if paid within 5 days. The permit must be approved and printed before you drive in.
The rules are set by the Comune di Pavia and can change: always check the official website.

In green, the zones the permit covers: the same ones you see on the Parkito map, where you can also find parking outside the ZTL.
How the Pavia ZTL permit works with Parkito
Three steps, and a person on our team handles the second one: no account, no Italian tax code, no SPID.
