The Comune sells a permit for €15 a day, or €8 for half a day, only at enabled parking meters and at the permits counter. It can't be bought online, so for now Parkito can't buy it for you.

When the Ravenna ZTL is active and what the permit covers
Hours
Most gates (via di Roma, Guaccimanni, Baccarini, Rondinelli, Cavour, Ponte Marino) are active 24 hours a day. The gates on via Mariani, Guerrini and Matteucci are active from 7:30 to 20:30.
What it covers
The permit is valid for all gates and streets of the ZTL, except piazza del Popolo and the other pedestrian areas. It allows parking on ZTL streets for up to 90 minutes, with a parking disc.
Who doesn't pay
Disabled badge holders can register up to 2 plates with the Polizia Locale. If you are staying at accommodation in the ZTL, ask your host: they can get access for you.
The fine
Entering without a permit costs €83 to €332 (Italian Highway Code, art. 7), 30% less if paid within 5 days.
The rules are set by the Comune di Ravenna and can change: always check the official website.
Where the Ravenna ZTL is
The Comune doesn't publish the perimeter in a format we can draw: the dot marks the historic centre. Follow the signs at the gates.
