Terni ZTL: we request your day permit

In Terni the day permit is requested online from Terni Reti before entering, stating the reason. Pay here with your plate, date, time and reason: we submit the request on the official portal and let you know by email when it is approved.

  • No SPID, no account
  • Digital permit linked to your plate
  • Refund if the Comune charges nothing

Parkito is not a channel of the Comune di Terni: we buy and register the permit on your behalf. The Comune's official channels remain available.

Pay for the permit

Choose how long. At checkout we ask for your plate and entry date.

  • 1 day

    €10.00 Comune + €2.50 Parkito service

    Pay €12.50

Pay by the day before you drive in: the permit must be active before you pass the gate.

  • At checkout we also ask why you need to enter: the Comune requires it, and we pass it on exactly as you write it.

How much the Terni ZTL costs

The Comune's price plus a €2.50 Parkito service fee, nothing else. Pay by card and we register the permit.

When the Terni ZTL is active and what the permit covers

Hours

The ZTL is active every day, 24 hours a day. The exception is the route from via Corona to via delle Portelle, where the gates are active only from 21:00 to 7:00. The pedestrian area is active 24 hours a day.

What it covers

The day permit is valid in the ZTL during the time slot requested. In the pedestrian area it only allows stopping for loading and unloading from 4:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. The Piediluco ZTL has separate rules.

Who doesn't pay

Disabled badge holders can justify the transit within 72 hours. Hotels in the ZTL have a permit for running the property and for their guests.

The fine

Entering without a permit costs €83, reduced to €58.10 if paid within 5 days of notification, plus costs (Italian Highway Code, art. 7). The permit must be requested before entering.

The rules are set by the Comune di Terni and can change: always check the official website.

In green, the zones the permit covers: the same ones you see on the Parkito map, where you can also find parking outside the ZTL.

How the Terni ZTL permit works with Parkito

Three steps, and a person on our team handles the second one: no account, no Italian tax code, no SPID.

01

Pay online

Choose how long and pay by card. In the checkout form, enter your plate and entry date.

02

We register the plate

A Parkito operator requests the permit on the Comune di Terni portal for your plate and your date.

03

Drive in

You get the receipt by email. On the day, drive through the gate: the camera finds your plate on the authorised list.
